COG Threads

Process
COG threads are inserted below the skin through a thin needle, following the application of local anesthesia at the entry points. On average, 2-5 threads are placed on each side of the face. COG threads are thicker than PDO threads and have small barbs on their surface which hook onto the skin and help straighten the tissues from the moment they enter the facial skin.

Useful Information
